Shipping Policy / Timelines

All products are shipped from our warehouse in Livingston, NJ unless otherwise specified.

JERHEL is not responsible for any tax applicable to the use, sale or delivery of the product.

JERHEL does not extend any warranty other than that the materials meet our spec and quality standards available on request. We do not recognize any other warranty of salability or usage for a particular purpose. You agree to use JERHEL’s products at your risk and hold JERHEL harmless against any expense, liability, loss or cost that may arise from your use of the product, whether directly or indirectly.

Prior to placing your commitment to purchase, you are advised to determine the compatibility and performance of our product as it relates to your overall packaging, including but not limited to use with the contents of the package (as it relates to filling) as well as the manufacturing or assembly process wherein you will fill our package. We are not responsible for issues arising from lack of compatibility between our part and the product used to fill it.

Items listed on the website as “IN STOCK” will be shipped the next business day following payment clearance unless otherwise requested on your order.

Payment Policy

We are PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant. Your billing information is never stored by Jerhel, it is always encrypted and stored safely by our third-party payment gateway.

You are responsible to pay any tax applicable to the use, sale or delivery of the items sold.

We will store your shipping address and order information on our servers for order processing. It does not include any credit/debit card payment information.

Return / Refund Policy

Claims of any manner such as errors, omissions, damage, shortages or defects in the materials sold should be made no later than 15 days after receipt of goods by you or your designated carrier.

By not initiating a claim within this time frame you accept the material and thus terminate any further obligation of JERHEL in regards to that material.

JERHEL’s sole liability to you and your exclusive remedy against JERHEL is any one of the following actions, to be taken at JERHEL’s discretion: 1) to repair or refurbish, 2) to replace, or 3) to issue a refund of any defective product (defective meaning different from standard and specification).

JERHEL will not be held liable in any regards for incidental or subsequent damages, nor will Jerhel be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
